We started when we realized that students needed personal, tailor-made career advice to make the right career choices.
You go to uni, learn some interesting stuff, and try to figure out how to use those skills and knowledge in the real world. But what is the next step that really helps you to achieve your goals?
Making your own choices can be difficult if you do not have the experience and knowledge of the labor market.
We saw what can happen if students are solely dependent on information and advice from universities, employers and recruitment agencies.
Employers mainly share their own story, universities don't always have enough resources to help meaningfully and recruitment agencies are usually focusing on populating their databases to recruit candidates for their clients.
All of this means that students often lose sight of their opportunities at a time when they need help the most.
For the past 15 years, we've been visiting colleges and universities to help students make the right career choices and achieve their goals. By offering tailor-made advice on how to prepare an effective CV or cover letter, on applying for jobs and helping them find suitable opportunities and employers for a successful career start.
